Welcome to The TZehnder Library
I believe every experience has something to teach us.
Whether it’s a relationship, a leadership challenge, a Bible passage, a movie, a baseball game, or even a shopping cart left in a parking lot, every day offers something worth examining.
The TZehnder Library is where I examine it.
I’m Troy P. Zehnder: author, speaker, leadership coach, and lifelong student of faith, leadership, and human nature. Over the years, what began as individual articles and reflections has grown into an expanding library of hundreds of original works exploring the questions, experiences, and ideas that shape who we become.
Here you’ll find writing on faith and theology, relationships and human nature, leadership and personal growth, culture and society, resilience, purpose, and occasionally the absurdities of everyday life.
There is no single subject that defines The TZehnder Library because life doesn’t happen in a single category. A difficult relationship can teach us about ourselves. A leadership failure can reveal something about human nature. A Bible passage can challenge an assumption we’ve held for years. And sometimes a shopping cart abandoned three feet from the cart return can inspire an entirely different kind of reflection.
The common thread is simple:
Every experience has something to teach us if we’re willing to examine it.
Explore The TZehnder Library
Within the Library, you’ll find:
- Faith & Theology — Scripture, prophecy, doctrine, and questions worth examining more deeply.
- Relationships & Human Nature — How we love, hurt, misunderstand, forgive, and grow.
- Leadership & Personal Growth — Responsibility, influence, character, resilience, and purpose.
- Culture & Society — Observations about the ideas and behaviors shaping the world around us.
- Life & Perspective — The lessons hidden in experiences we might otherwise overlook.
- The Chronicles — Because sometimes the world simply needs to be examined with a sense of humor.
You’ll also find my published books, information about speaking and coaching, and the larger body of work that has grown from one guiding belief: ordinary people are capable of extraordinary impact when clarity, integrity, faith, and purpose come together.
Whether you arrived because of a book, a search result, something someone shared, or simple curiosity, I hope you stay long enough to explore.
You don’t have to agree with everything you find here.
You only have to be willing to think about it.
If something in The TZehnder Library helps you see life a little differently, challenges something you thought you knew, or simply helps you get through the day, then this library has accomplished exactly what it was created to do.
